RUNNING THROUGH THE WOODS AT ITS BEST!

The course is going to be tough terrain. This is important to know going into this. There will be some water out there, somewhere, but you might want your own if you are usually dependent on ongoing hydration. Experienced adventure racers, distance runners, triathletes and dehydration trained athletes will do fine. But the terrain will be tough!

And don’t forget the night heats. You must have a headlamp after 8:00pm, but it will be cool!
